About The Position

The Workforce Management Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations and effective labor planning across the property. Through strong collaboration and effective leadership, you’ll help drive operational efficiency and provide the scheduling support needed to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Workforce Management team by ensuring completion of daily scheduling tasks, including securing coverage for leave requests and call outs, balancing workloads, and providing support the growth by providing continuous training and development to enhance scheduling solutions
• Collaborate with department schedulers and department managers to ensure accurate staffing levels and to formulate efficiency strategies
• Devise scheduling enhancements and create new business models
• Partner with department leaders to optimize staffing, drive scheduling improvements, and develop innovative business models
• Discover new best practices to best utilize staffing while following current labor agreements and regulations
• Adhere to all ethical and equity when managing Workforce Management Specialists and various department inquiries
