About The Position

The Workforce Management Analyst is responsible for analyzing staffing trends and creating forecasts to optimize staffing resources. Makes recommendations based on data that support business objectives. This role is a hybrid position located in West Norriton, PA, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The pay range is $60,500+ per year, with offers based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and market/organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent; associates degree.
Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role.
Project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in data analysis tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail orientation with strong organizational abilities
Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
Advanced skills in excel (graphs, pivot tables and understanding formulas)
Proficient in Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, word, etc.)
Individual contributor with ability to influence others.

Nice To Haves

Experience in workforce management, forecasting and/or analytical roles
PSC/IOP experience a plus.
Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

Analyzes historical staffing data to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement.
Creates process maps, reports and dashboards to communicate findings and implement solutions.
Monitors real time data including appointment utilization to ensure optimal PSC performance.
Builds plans to address gaps in staffing levels for optimal resource allocation.
Partners with supervisor/manager to develop justification for additional staff based on patient volume and appointment demand.
Builds strong relationships within patient services leadership team.
Collaborates with leaders on scheduling strategies to optimize staffing resources and ensure employee satisfaction.
Works closely with HR and training teams to reduce placement time of key resources.
