About The Position

This role provides implementation and training support for rural health transformation initiatives. The specialist will assist with various programs, focusing on organizational, communication, documentation, and logistical coordination. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in supporting training, student, or workforce programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, health sciences, public health, workforce development, student services, higher education, business administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience supporting training programs, student programs, workforce initiatives, academic programs, grant-funded projects, or partner-facing implementation.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Strong event/logistics coordination skills.
• Experience maintaining spreadsheets, participant records, shared files, or program tracking systems.
