Primary focus will be Michigan, with an opportunity to virtually support multiple states. Must be a self-driven individual comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment. This is an external-facing role requiring expert-level partnership with community organizations to design and implement workforce development programming and seek funding opportunities. The role crafts workforce development strategies that support the creation of talent pools aligned to organization workforce needs. It collaborates with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Leaders and hiring managers across the area of responsibility to address workforce gaps. The role maintains excellent relations with key stakeholders and delivers top-notch programs through national and community partnerships, while maintaining the consistency of the employer brand to attract and develop diverse top talent.
