About The Position
The Workforce Development Analyst role will support the NAVAIR Sustainment Group (NSG) Workforce Development Team. Duties include leveraging Qlik for data analyses and dashboard development, formulating workforce assessment methodologies, and designing training tools utilizing Waypoints and Adult Learning Theory. Additionally, this analyst will track performance metrics and brief senior leadership on key milestones and strategic workforce initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Proven experience in Qlik Data Analytics and interactive dashboard development
- Proven ability to quickly master new technologies, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Qlik, Waypoints LMS) with minimal supervision to meet evolving mission requirements
- Ability to confidently brief senior leadership on key initiatives and milestones, backed by excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active security clearance

- Experience with Waypoints or Cornerstone LMS
- Experience delivering high-quality support to clients at all levels of an organization
