This is a Full-Time permanent position, starting as soon as possible. The Workforce Analyst reports to the Director, People & Culture. This role is responsible for helping Distress Centre make informed decisions about staffing, workforce costs, and organizational planning. Working closely with People & Culture, Finance, Departmental Directors and program leaders, this position brings together workforce and financial information to identify trends, support planning, and provide clear insights to decision-makers. Day to day, you can expect to work with workforce data, budgets, funding information, and reporting systems; develop and maintain reports and analytical tools; support workforce planning and forecasting; and collaborate with leaders to understand staffing needs and financial considerations. You will also help ensure workforce information is accurate, well documented, and aligned with organizational requirements. This is a role for someone who enjoys working with data and solving problems, but who can also communicate findings clearly and build strong working relationships across the organization.
