Workforce Analyst

About The Position

The Workforce Analyst will collect and analyze data on workforce and productivity, including departmental activity statistics and payroll. This role involves maintaining position control databases, validating source data, and producing reports. The analyst will also prepare the Vacancy Review Committee dashboard, communicate leadership decisions, and use analysis to forecast hiring, scheduling, or other workforce planning needs. Participation in budget preparation and routine variance reporting is expected, along with proposing improvements for workforce management, overhead reduction, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of related experience, preferred.
  • Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Lawson, and ServiceNow, strongly preferred.
  • Analytical, consultative, and systems-thinking approaches to problem-solving with the ability to translate data into actionable items.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data in an understandable manner.
