The Workforce Analyst will collect and analyze data on workforce and productivity, including departmental activity statistics and payroll. This role involves maintaining position control databases, validating source data, and producing reports. The analyst will also prepare the Vacancy Review Committee dashboard, communicate leadership decisions, and use analysis to forecast hiring, scheduling, or other workforce planning needs. Participation in budget preparation and routine variance reporting is expected, along with proposing improvements for workforce management, overhead reduction, and customer satisfaction.
