As the Workforce Analysis - HR Tech Analyst II, you will turn workforce data into insights, participating in key enterprise-wide initiatives such as CHOP's multi-year Skills Transformation Journey (powered by Workday Skills Cloud), Workday Prism, and Strategic Workforce Planning. This role is centered on equipping leaders to make informed decisions about where to focus, how to invest, and how to support our people—not just to meet today's needs, but to help our coworkers grow, adapt, and build meaningful careers over time.
