About The Position
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of aerospace production and operational processes, contributing to Honeywell’s leadership in the aerospace industry. Your work will enable smoother project execution and improved productivity across teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace or related testing environments
- Strong knowledge of aerospace testing procedures, instrumentation, and safety protocols
- Familiar with diagnostic tools and test equipment used in aerospace systems validation
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test plans accurately
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in workflow management and process optimization within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Familiar in analyzing complex workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing corrective actions.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to track workflow performance and support continuous improvement.
- Candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in workflow analysis and process improvement.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project management principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the FAA regulations relating to repair stations
- Experience with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve workflow processes to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions for process improvement.
- Monitor workflow performance metrics and report findings to leadership for informed decision-making.
