About The Position

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Workflow Lead in our North Mankato-MN facility. This role involves working with employees to ensure they have the necessary resources for high-level job performance, answering questions, collaborating with supervisors on daily plans, posting daily production numbers, and being willing to learn equipment to cover breaks. The position also requires a keen eye for quality and the ability to sign off on QC for each job.

Requirements

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Work with employees to ensure they have everything they need each day to perform their job at a high level
Help answer questions or find answers to questions each day
Work with the supervisor on daily plans
Post daily Production numbers and present to Leaders during the Gemba Walks
Be willing to learn baseline on equipment to help cover breaks
Have a keen eye for quality and the ability to sign off on QC for each job
