About The Position
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a Workflow Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated workflows that improve operational efficiency. You'll connect systems, tools, and data sources to eliminate manual, repetitive work.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, integration, or process engineering
- Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.)
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML)
- Basic scripting skills (JavaScript or Python)
- Strong analytical and process-mapping abilities
Nice To Haves
- Experience integrating AI/LLM tools into automated workflows
- Familiarity with databases and data transformation
- Background in business process analysis or operations
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated workflows across business and technical systems
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs to streamline processes
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities
- Test, monitor, and maintain automations for reliability and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
- Document automation logic and maintain a library of reusable workflows
