Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion or willingness to complete insurance education (IIA/CPCU)
  • 2-4 years insurance background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily assignment of work to staff members of the Revenue Center of Excellence.
  • Monitors and maintains acceptable productivity levels established by management and tracks volume of work assigned to and completed by each staff member.
  • Applies to New Business, Renewals, and Endorsements.
  • Applies to our systems Onbase, Commercial Edge, Uniclass and Manual work.
  • Documents results for each staff member and provide information to the Supervisors on a daily/weekly/monthly report.
  • Manage and prioritize workload for all assignment queues to meet Revenue Service Level Agreements.
  • Monitor and maintain acceptable productivity levels established by management.
  • Track volume of work assigned and volume of completed work.
  • Document results for each staff member and provide information to Supervisors/Managers on a daily/weekly/monthly report.
  • Anticipate workflow problems (i.e. large renewal month) which may affect the various Revenue units.
  • Initiate ongoing suggestions for workflow improvement.
  • Notify Supervisors/Managers about any need for additional training/cross training.
