The specialist will also help patients and employees understand the worker's compensation process and implement new procedures. Maintaining working relationships with external worker's compensation parties, businesses, and clinic physicians is crucial for business development and resolving complex concerns. The role requires preparing and maintaining case records, performing follow-up, and developing case management plans. Additionally, the specialist will prepare charts for impairment rating, provide internal staff training, and perform other duties as assigned.
