Specialized in workers’ compensation defense with deep expertise Focus on cost-effective strategies and early case resolution Strong defense against fraudulent and high-risk claims Full-service support including litigation, liens, and mediation Experienced legal team handling cases across jurisdictions Client-focused, responsive, and results-driven approach What you will be doing: Handle assigned workers' compensation cases end-to-end Appear at hearings, depositions, and mediations Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses Conduct legal research and case preparation Communicate with clients, claims adjusters, and opposing counsel Assist senior attorneys with complex litigation matters Ensure compliance with California workers' compensation regulations
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Active California Bar license (required)
- 2–5 years of workers' compensation or litigation experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Responsibilities
