This role involves supervising a Workers Compensation claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities to deliver high-quality and efficient service. The supervisor will guide the team in handling claims according to GB’s Best Practices, manage adjuster hiring and training, and foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Additionally, the role involves defining team goals, motivating performance, managing workloads for optimal efficiency, utilizing Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and service quality, and communicating with clients, carriers, and brokers professionally. The supervisor will also manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities, and position team members for successful development.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled (KY, TN, AL)
- Knowledge of all team member related functions
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience
