About The Position

Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) is seeking an experienced Midwest Work Comp Claims Supervisor to join their team. The role involves motivating and developing adjusters of all levels, ensuring the team receives regular, high-quality feedback to drive accountability, and maintaining weekly metrics in the green. The supervisor will develop and document plans with the Claims Manager to improve performance if a team member is not meeting expectations. A key focus will be achieving monthly Quality Service Review (QSR) scores of 90%+ and addressing underperformance with actionable plans. The role also includes arranging monthly team meetings for goal alignment, discussing challenges, providing training, and fostering collaboration. Maintaining an average customer service survey score of 1.30 or less and using survey results for coaching opportunities are also essential. The supervisor will act as a mentor and actively contribute to developing the team of adjusters.
