Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, communications or insurance related field
- Interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to comprehend and utilize various computer programs
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze low severity injury claims
- Research and verify coverage
- Review and document medical documents for workers’ compensation losses
- Monitor file activity with a diary system
- Review and process written and phone inquiries
- Ensure proper reserving
- Maintain a high level of customer service
