Providing exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients, with empathy throughout the claims process, is essential. You will handle claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies, adhering to statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements. Documenting and communicating claim activity timely and efficiently to support claim file outcomes is also a key responsibility.
