Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 5 to 10 years of litigation experience to join their growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims.
