Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 5 to 10 years of litigation experience to join its growing Workers’ Compensation Department. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation, including claims related to repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss. The firm represents clients across numerous industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education.
