About The Position
A respected, well-established South Florida law firm is adding a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to its team, in West Palm Beach or Port St. Lucie. You'll manage your own cases from intake through resolution, no hand-holding, no red tape, just real ownership backed by the resources of an established practice. And if you're not local yet, there's a relocation package on the table to help make the move.
Requirements
- Active Florida Bar license, in good standing
- Workers' compensation litigation experience
- Confidence running your own docket
- Strong negotiation instincts

Responsibilities
- Independently manage a full workers' comp caseload
- Handle depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Negotiate directly with carriers and opposing counsel
- Build real case strategy, not just execute someone else's
