About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 1 to 5 years of litigation experience to join our growing Workers’ Compensation Department. This is an exceptional opportunity to litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation. Common claims litigated involve repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims. We represent clients across numerous industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education and more.

Requirements

1 to 5 years of litigation experience.
Strong analytical thinking skills.
Strong legal writing skills.
Strong research skills.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation.
Handle common claims involving repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims.
Represent clients across numerous industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education and more.
Work closely with experienced shareholders and associates for mentoring and skill development.
Gain confidence and capability to grow into full case management at your own pace through hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting.
