Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 5 to 10 years of litigation experience to join its growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss claims. The firm represents clients across numerous industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education.
