About The Position
Oversee and advocate for a complete caseload from intake to resolution. Foster excellent communication with both the team and clients. Lead your case management team in delivering exceptional customer service. Represent the firm at company and community events. Note: The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may involve other responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- 1 up to 3 years as a California applicant or defense attorney, handling all aspects of workers' compensation cases, including depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals
- Active California State Bar membership
- Valid California driver's license
- Willingness to travel, occasionally overnight, to various boards in Northern California
