About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Worker’s Compensation Claims Consultant to join their Claims team. This role involves obtaining claims status updates from carrier partners, providing recommendations to adjusters for claim resolution, and developing claims management strategies for clients. The goal is to help clients reduce claim costs and provide them with the information needed to determine the best claims management approach. Requirements

5-7 years of claims experience including strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services.
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Prior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management, and peers.
Strong interpersonal and customer-service related skills.
Proficiency in MS office applications.

AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM preferred.
