About The Position

Our is looking for a Workday Test Lead to join them. You will report to the Global HR Technology Manager and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY , a suburb of Buffalo .

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent number of years of related work experience
• At least three years of experience in supporting the administration and testing of Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
• Experience in a full cycle Workday HCM implementation.
• Work experience in business process or IT, including project management experience in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Development of a testing strategy and plans built from requirements elicited from business processes and technical teams to support the Workday deployment schedule.
• Align testing strategy and plans with the systems implementation team on the program timeline.
• Together with the systems implementation partner, manage and report the status of overall program execution of all phases of testing.
• Coordinate testing resources, including resources needed to prepare and accomplish integration testing with Legacy systems.
• Definition of the test environments and appropriate test date to test the software, including manually entered and data populated through automated loads.
• Ensure testing resources are aligned on scope, timing, and procedural expectations for every test cycle.
• Assess the company's readiness for testing automation and identify automated testing tools.
• Lead the implementation of tools if applicable to support software deployment.
