About The Position

The Workday Systems Manager, PATTS is the primary technical owner of Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling (PATTS) configuration and system operations. Supporting a workforce of 12,000+ employees across 50+ collective bargaining agreements, this role demands deep Workday functional expertise, demonstrated experience translating complex CBA provisions into system configuration, and the operational judgment to manage high-stakes configuration in a heavily regulated, multi-union environment. The Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy under the direction of the Sr. Director of Payroll.
