About The Position

Design, develop, and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio to connect Workday with external HR, payroll, finance, and third-party systems. Create and support inbound and outbound interfaces, leveraging XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and middleware technologies. Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure reliable and secure data exchange across applications. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, deploy integration solutions, and provide ongoing production support.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Workday Studio development.
• 8-10 years of overall work experience.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and middleware technologies.
• Experience with inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Experience with unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Experience collaborating with functional and technical teams.
• Experience deploying integration solutions.
• Experience providing ongoing production support.
