About The Position

In Workday programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Workday implementation projects within an organisation. Working in Workday programme management will involve coordinating multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Workday solutions. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6 years of Workday project management experience
  • Workday Services functional certification and/or Engagement Manager certification

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Accounting & Finance, Management Information Systems, Organizational Management preferred
  • Workday Engagement Manager (EM/PM) certification and related functional certification(s)
  • Leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts

  • Collaborating across levels of leadership
  • Developing integrated project plans
