This is an immediate need for a Sr. Workday HRIS Payroll Manager to set up maintenance, optimization, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, process improvements, data integrity, system security and year-end support for a multi-billion dollar industry leader. The role involves supporting system integrations to ensure proper control, while recommending and establishing new controls as needed. This position is a 6-month contract hybrid assignment, requiring onsite presence 1-2 days per week in Reston, VA. The ideal candidate should have strong Workday configuration experience, balancing HR and IT knowledge. The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Payroll, ensuring a seamless end-user experience and processes. The Payroll PM will collaborate with broader workstreams to identify process impacts from various internal customer perspectives and work on best practices and processes for change management.
