The Workday Partner Relationship Manager is accountable for delivering partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline and revenue through the Workday and Elmo ecosystems. This is a highly execution‑oriented role focused on driving deals forward, maintaining pipeline discipline, and hitting defined targets. This role operates hands‑on with Workday and Elmo partner teams and internal sales stakeholders to ensure opportunities are sourced, progressed, forecasted accurately, and closed. Success is measured by revenue impact, deal velocity, and forecast reliability—not partnership activity alone. While initially focused on Workday and Elmo, this role is designed to scale across additional strategic partners as the ecosystem expands. This role is an owner of partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets and pipeline performance. It is a hands-on deal driver working in a co-sell motion with internal and external teams to source, progress, and close opportunities. It is a cross-functional connector role, bridging product, sales, and marketing internally to make partners successful. This role is a fit for someone who thrives with autonomy, manages complexity across multiple partner relationships simultaneously, and holds themselves accountable to a number. This role is not a reseller or sales distributor focused role, nor an activity-based relationship management role spanning a large volume of established partners.
