The Technical Manager position involves working in conjunction with other Huron and client team members, leading the implementation life cycle (including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support). It is a highly-dynamic position with considerable visibility, seeking highly-capable team players who consistently execute well-developed talents and embrace career growth. The role may involve project management methodology, complex design document creation, end-user training development and execution, business process modification identification, or testing approaches for script development and execution. Requirements

  • 4 plus years of Workday integration experience
  • 2+ years of experience serving as a Workday Integration Lead
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio/Orchestrate, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, Prism Analytics, and Workday Report Writer
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience explaining technical solutions to client stakeholders
  • Experience working within an offshore / global delivery model, coordinating with onshore and offshore resources
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Higher Education or Healthcare implementation experience, preferably supporting hospital or health system clients
  • Experience supporting Workday HCM, Financials, and/or SCM implementations
