About The Position
Join Huron as a Workday Integration Manager and create your future. You’ve gained valuable technical expertise in the consulting arena and are looking to step it up a notch. Our Technical Manager position involves a wide range of functions, including leading the implementation life cycle (planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support) in conjunction with Huron and client team members. This is a highly dynamic position with considerable visibility.
Requirements
- 4 plus years of Workday integration experience
- 2+ years of experience serving as a Workday Integration Lead
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio/Orchestrate, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, Prism Analytics, and Workday Report Writer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working within an offshore / global delivery model
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed
Nice To Haves
- Higher Education or Healthcare implementation experience, preferably supporting hospital or health system clients
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation life cycle (planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support)
- Working in conjunction with other Huron and client team members
- Explaining technical solutions to client stakeholders
- Coordinating with onshore and offshore resources
- Supporting Workday HCM, Financials, and/or SCM implementations
