You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Workday applications. The Opportunity: As a Workday Integration Manager , unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that’ll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to: Analyze and understand endtoend integration architectures, including upstream and downstream system dependencies. Own integration delivery across one or more workstreams, ensuring successful planning, estimation, execution, testing, deployment, and hyper care. Lead the design and implementation of Workday integrations, including Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and thirdparty middleware. Partner with functional, technical, and client leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Make architectural decisions that balance performance, security, maintainability, and scalability. Identify integration risks early and proactively manage data quality, error handling, monitoring, and reconciliation strategies. Review integration designs code, using these reviews as opportunities to coach and upskill team members. Guide and mentor integration consultants, encouraging continuous learning and growth beyond established strengths. Lead and contribute to integration standards, reusable assets, and best practices. Address delivery issues and conflicts, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, vendors, and internal teams, escalating when appropriate. Ensure integrations comply with security, data privacy, audit, and compliance requirements. Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the Firm’s code of conduct, and independence requirements.
