In this role...Workday Integration Analyst is responsible for supporting, configuring, developing, testing, and maintaining ThedaCare’s Workday integration environment across Finance, Payroll, Supply Chain, and HR. The role provides daily production support by monitoring more than 130 integrations, troubleshooting errors, managing vendor and payroll file transfers, correcting data and configuration issues, rerunning or rescheduling integrations, and coordinating resolutions with functional teams and Workday Support. The analyst develops and maintains integrations using Core Connectors, EIBs, Document Transformations, Workday Studio, calculated fields, reports, XML/XSLT, APIs, and web services. Additional responsibilities include supporting Workday upgrades and Open Enrollment, managing integration security through ISUs and ISSGs, performing comprehensive testing and validation, deploying integrations across Workday environments, and maintaining technical documentation, change logs, and troubleshooting guides.
