About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Workday Implementation Lead / Consultant for a hybrid role with a strong focus on Workday integrations. This role requires leading and delivering Workday implementations and integrations, designing, building, and deploying Workday Studio integrations, and working on Core Connectors, PECI, EIBs, and XSLT. The consultant will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and own integrations end-to-end from requirements through production.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of Workday experience
• Workday Studio experience
• Workday Studio Rating: 7+/10
• Workday Reporting Rating: 7+/10
• PECI Experience: Yes – Rating 6+/10
• Core Connectors Experience: Yes – Rating 7+/10
• XSLT 3.0 Experience: Yes – Rating 5–6+/10
• EIBs Experience: Yes
• End-to-End Integration: Requirement Gathering ➝ Build ➝ PROD Deployment (Yes)
• Workday Security Rating: 4–5+/10

Responsibilities
