Watts is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst – Support & Enablement to join our global HRIS team. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this role will serve as a key point of contact for Workday support, reporting, documentation, training, and user enablement across the organization. This position goes beyond traditional system support. The successful candidate will help ensure that employees, managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders can effectively use Workday by providing high-quality Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, developing accurate and scalable reporting solutions, maintaining HRIS documentation and resources, and delivering Workday training and onboarding. As Watts continues to expand its Workday footprint, this role will develop broad knowledge across the Workday platform and support new functionality and modules, including areas such as HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Learning, Talent, Performance, and Compensation. This position will also play an important role in the future implementation and ongoing administration of Workday Learning and the evolution of Watts' HR technology training and knowledge-management strategy.
