Work You'll Do As a US Delivery Center Solution Specialist on the team, you will: Assist the Workday Payroll functional area in solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities Support clients in optimizing Workday Payroll functions to address complex business challenges and improve operational performance Collaborate with other project workstreams to ensure integrated and cohesive solutions across the implementation Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday Payroll features, updates, and best practices Coordinate with other workstreams within the project for defining an integrated solution Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience delivering Workday HCM solutions
• 1+ years of experience with driving implementations & configurations of the Workday HCM Payroll module for clients
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Workday certification(s)
• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Responsibilities
