Work You'll Do As a US Delivery Center Workday HCM Conversion Solution Analyst, you will: Assist with the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of HR data from legacy systems into Workday HCM during data conversion projects Support the team by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving data conversion errors and issues encountered during validation cycles in Workday HCM Review and address data migration support tickets, document conversion issues, and track resolutions using service management tools Help perform routine data mapping updates, cleansing activities, and enhancements to existing data conversion scripts or templates Support Workday release testing and apply conversion-related updates or data load patches as needed The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact.
