We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Workday Functional Specialist to help provide operational support to the HR function as well as design, configure, and optimize Workday Human Capital Management functionality to align with global HR initiatives and business needs. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, performing system testing/UAT, creating reports, and leading functional support for bi-annual releases. Also looking for someone to assist as backup scrum master, with working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and ceremonies. The Workday Product Management function sits within HR Solutions and is responsible for maintaining, enhancing and leading the implementation of new or supporting functionality in Workday. The team works closely with the wider HR Solutions team, HR Technology, external vendors and our various stakeholders in all functions of HR to implement thoughtful processes and technology solutions that drive efficiency, focus on simplification and automation, and mitigate operational risk across HR globally. In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is an Associate level position within the HR Solutions team assisting with operational support, data analysis, Workday configuration, troubleshooting and backup Scrum Master responsibilities.
