About The Position

Analyze and determine application, understand application functionality. Perform system set-up, configuration, testing, and support day-to-day systems and Production issues. Utilize IT Software Development Life Cycle methodology and Agile as they fit the initiative. Documents configurations for future use and training. Review Business Requirements and do gap analysis. Write Workday Functional Design Documents. Update Workday Business Processes and Configuration. Document System Test cases. Execute test cases during SIT and document test results. Participate in UAT and triage defects. Debug and Fix issues found during development, testing, cut-over and post go-live.

Requirements

• At least four (4) years of experience in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation and Performance
• Workday EIBs and Calc Fields
• Advanced Reports in Workday
• HCM - Core Benefits
