About The Position

As an Invisors Workday Financial Spend Senior Consultant, you will partner with clients to deliver Workday Financial solutions and implementations. You’ll lead client conversations, solve complex business challenges, mentor junior consultants, and play a key role in delivering successful project outcomes. In addition to client work, you will contribute internally to help improve processes and support the growth of the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Workday Financial Spend configuration experience
• Workday implementation/project experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead client requirements and design sessions independently.
• Configure and deliver Workday Financial solutions.
• Support and guide consultants on project work under architect leadership.
• Mentor junior team members within the FINS practice.
• Proactively support leadership and contribute to internal team initiatives.
