About The Position

We are looking for a Workday Consultant with strong experience in migrating legacy HR systems and UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) to Workday. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transformation initiatives, supporting end-to-end implementation, integrations, and post-go-live enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday implementation & support
• Proven experience in legacy HR systems Workday migration
• Experience in UKG (Kronos) Workday integration/migration
• Expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
• Strong knowledge of data migration & transformation techniques
• Experience in Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix)
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support migration from legacy systems and UKG to Workday
• Configure and implement Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits)
• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
• Perform data transformation, cleansing, and migration activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and post-go-live production support
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics
