Workday API Developer
About The Position
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday API Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on hands-on integration delivery using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs, with strong attention to reliability, security, and data quality. This is a full-time, direct W2 position that is 100% remote within the United States. The annual salary range is $100,000–$150,000. Applicants may include U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates; the company cannot sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of Workday integration development experience.
- Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
- Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
- Experience with the Workday security model, including ISU/ISSG patterns.
- Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
Nice To Haves
- Workday Pro Integrations certification.
- Experience with PICOF, PECI, or Cloud Connect for Payroll.
- Familiarity with Workday Extend.
- Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.
- Experience integrating Workday with major SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow and Salesforce.
