The Workday Analyst is responsible for providing functional expertise for support and maintenance across Workday Enterprise (Human Resources, Learning, Benefits, Payroll, Financials). Essential Duties: Provide daily system administration, support, maintenance, and configuration of the Workday System for both Human Resources and Finance. Be the key Subject Matter Expert (SME) to determine the right technology solution to meet business initiatives. Recommend and implement best practices, standard methodologies, and process improvements to support business goals. Document functional requirements, workflow detail, and systems specifications. Research and test new functionality and features within Workday including system releases, enhancements, and fixes. Lead small to mid-sized projects as defined by leadership, which includes leading meetings, providing regular project updates, and adhering to project deadlines. Support new and existing interface integrations/EIBs including monitoring recurring processes and interfaces to ensure successful execution. Collaborate with functional team/stakeholders to research, identify causes, recommend solutions, validate, and resolve issues. Perform regular ongoing audits on a variety of Workday processes. Design, develop, and provide reports and dashboards. Assist in the development of training and train end-users on Workday processes. Manage support tickets ensuring thorough and timely work in Workday Help, Workday Requests, and create and manage cases as needed in Customer Center. Actively utilize Workday support communities to identify best practices, stay up to date on trends, and functionality and issue resolutions. Manage other assigned projects.
