Role Summary The Workday Functional Analyst (PATT) is responsible for the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing support of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules. This role partners closely with COEs, Payroll, and HR stakeholders to ensure that Workday functionality is: Configured in line with business requirements Compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements Optimised for efficiency, data integrity, and user experience The role operates within a strong governance framework, where HRIS owns platform integrity and configuration, while COEs own functional processes and data quality.

Requirements

  • Deep PATT experience ideally globally/multi-country
  • Enterprise-level Workday experience (10K+ employees)
  • Strong payroll and time tracking knowledge
  • Ability to lead solution decisions
  • Ability to act a the ‘CEO’ of the PATT functional area to foster a good working relationship with the stakeholders
