About The Position

Huron is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Associate to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team. In this role, you will support clients in the ongoing administration, enhancement, and optimization of their Workday Adaptive Planning environments. Working alongside senior consultants and client stakeholders, you will assist with configuration updates, reporting, planning model maintenance, issue resolution, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Workday professional looking to build deep expertise in Adaptive Planning while partnering with clients in a managed services environment.

Requirements

1-3 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights
1-3 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
Prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions
Experience supporting medium to large scale Adaptive Planning projects
Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles
Should be able to manage clients up to Tier 3 support
Prior PPS/AMS experience
Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive
Extensive knowledge of Excel
Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities
