Workamper (Season 2026 - April through October)
About The Position
Imagine waking up to birdsong, sipping coffee outside your camper, and walking just a few steps to your “office”—whether that’s the front desk, the pool deck, or the camp store. At Blue Water, we’re offering more than just a job—we’re offering a lifestyle. Our Workamper program is perfect for RVers who want to live and work in some of the most beautiful destinations across the country. As a Workamper, you’ll wear a few different hats throughout the season. You’ll help keep our properties clean, safe, and welcoming while making sure guests have an unforgettable stay. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that works hard, plays hard, and loves the great outdoors.
Requirements
- You own an RV or camper and are ready to roll
- You’ve got campground or hospitality experience
- You’re a team player who can also work independently
- You’re detail-oriented, friendly, and love helping people
- You’re flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to stay calm and cool under pressure
- Physical stamina to be on your feet, ride a bike or golf cart, and lift up to 50 lbs
- A positive attitude and a willingness to support your team
