Working Environment: Working Ranch & Guest Hospitality OBJECTIVE: The housemen are responsible for assisting and supporting the housekeeping team. They are responsible for delivering buckets with linen and other supplies for the guest cabins, cleaning the log fireplaces, and town runs to collect items requested by guests. Housemen are also responsible for assisting in the housekeeping functions of the ranch. Individuals work in guest cabins, all public areas, and the linen room. All work is performed to standards of quality as required by the owners and communicated by the Housekeeping Manager & Housekeeping Supervisor. A successful houseman is one who takes pride in his/her work, is flexible, and works with initiative and momentum.
