About The Position
The TRiO Student Support Services Assistant will support the department by performing clerical, creative, and organizational tasks. The position is ideal for a student who thrives in a fast-paced, student-centered environment and is looking to gain office and communication experience.
Requirements
- Must have a completed FAFSA submitted.
- Must be eligible for Federal Work Study.
- Must be a student.
- Dependable and punctual.
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing and organizing documents
- Assist with the planning and execution of TRiO Student Support Services events
- Create flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials for TRiO publications
- Answer and route phone calls for the TRiO office professionally
- Complete other duties as assigned by TRiO staff
